If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with your order reference and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will put it right.
As an EU consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because each box is a surprise, please contact us before opening if you wish to withdraw, so we can advise on returning the sealed box. Items returned must be unused and in their original condition where the law requires.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
