Can I end up with nothing? +

No. Every Veylo box contains a real, new product worth at least what you paid. There are no empty boxes and no "better luck next time."

Is this gambling? +

It's a surprise product purchase, not a wager. You always receive a tangible item — the only unknown is which one. We publish the odds for each rarity tier so you know what to expect before you buy.

How do I find out what I got? +

You'll get a confirmation email right away, then a shipping email with tracking. The reveal itself happens when your box arrives and you lift the lid.

How long does delivery take? +

Most boxes ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within about a week, depending on your region. Every order is tracked end to end.

What if my item arrives damaged? +

Contact us with your order reference and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement. Damaged-on-arrival items are always covered. See our Refunds page for details.

Which payment methods can I use? +

Major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Can I choose the item I receive? +

No — the surprise is the whole point. You choose the tier and budget; we choose the item from that tier's pool according to the published odds.
